RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

3903 Corp. wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

ELIGIBILITY
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Items returned without original packaging.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at support@3903.ai with your order number. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received defective or in error.
