Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, AI Disclosure and Accessibility Statement for the 3903 pager support site.
Effective: September 6, 2026 · Last updated: September 6, 2026
This website (3903.us, the "Site") is operated by 3903 Corporation, a California
corporation ("3903", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not
use the Site.
These Terms govern the Site. Your paging service itself is governed by whatever separate service agreement, order form, or account terms you or your organization signed with us. If those conflict with these Terms as to the paging service, the service agreement controls.
The Site is a self-service support tool and nothing more. It answers common questions about pager hardware, about your pager's email address, and about forwarding email from Gmail, iCloud and similar providers, and it can assemble a pager's email address for you in your browser. It does not send messages, take payments, or hold an account for you. That's the whole scope.
The Site is intended for business and consumer customers aged 18 or older, and for authorized users of an organization's paging account. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
You agree not to:
We may block, rate-limit, or refuse service to any user or network at any time to protect the Site or the paging network.
Paging is a one-way radio service. Delivery depends on radio coverage, device power and condition, network availability, and — for email-to-pager — on the public internet and on third-party mail providers we do not control. We do not guarantee that any page will be delivered, or delivered within any particular time. Messages may be delayed, truncated at approximately 240 characters, garbled, duplicated, or lost.
Do not use the Site, email forwarding, as the sole or primary means of communicating anything where a missed, delayed, or truncated message could cause injury, death, or loss. That includes clinical dispatch, on-call escalation for critical care, fire and rescue dispatch, and alarm monitoring. Maintain an independent, verified backup channel.
The instructions on this Site describe common configurations of third-party products (Gmail, iCloud Mail and others) that change without notice. They are provided for general informational purposes. They are not legal, medical, regulatory, or IT-security advice. If you handle protected health information, consult your own compliance team before forwarding anything to a pager — email crosses the public internet unencrypted.
The Site depends on third parties including our hosting and security provider and our transactional email provider. Instructions reference Google and Apple products. We are not responsible for those services, their availability, or their terms. Referencing a product is not an endorsement or a claim of affiliation.
The Site, its text, layout, and code are owned by 3903 or its licensors. Product names and trademarks of third parties belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ITS FEATURES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY MESSAGE WILL BE DELIVERED.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 3903 AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SITE (WHICH IS ZERO), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability under the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act or other consumer-protection statutes that may not be waived. If you are a California resident, you are advised of California Civil Code § 1542, which provides that a general release does not extend to claims the creditor does not know of and which, if known, would have materially affected the settlement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3903 from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, or your breach of these Terms.
Most problems can be solved quickly. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to resolve it.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms that is not resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS or the American Arbitration Association under its consumer rules, in the county of your residence or another mutually agreed location, or by telephone or video where available. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
Class action waiver. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis. You and 3903 waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.
ARBITRATION OPT-OUT within 30 days of first using the Site. Opting out will not
affect any other part of these Terms and will not affect your service in any way.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Nothing here prevents you from reporting a matter to a government agency, or from seeking public injunctive relief to the extent that right cannot be waived under California law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For any matter not subject to arbitration, the state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws of your state of residence.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top and, where required by law, notified to you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
From this website: nothing. There is no form to submit and no account to create. A pager number typed into the address builder is assembled into an email address by JavaScript in your own browser and is never transmitted.
The one exception is ordinary web-server logging, which every website has:
| What | Why | Kept for |
|---|---|---|
| IP address, time, URL and user agent, in our host's request log | Keeping the site online and defending it from attack | Our hosting provider's standard log retention |
We do not collect: your name (unless you type it), payment information, government identifiers, precise geolocation, biometrics, or sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA. We do not use cookies, local storage, analytics, advertising pixels, or any tracking technology on this Site.
Everything you type is private. Your questions, and any pager number you enter, are handled entirely by code running in your browser. Nothing is transmitted to us or to anyone else. You can verify this yourself: open your browser's network inspector and watch — after the page loads it makes no outbound requests at all.
We disclose personal information only to service providers acting on our behalf under contract:
We do not disclose personal information for any commercial purpose other than the above.
We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months, and we do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16. Because we do not sell or share, there is nothing for you to opt out of — but you may still exercise every other right below.
We honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). Since we do not sell or share personal information or serve targeted advertising, a GPC signal requires no change in our processing.
The Site is served over HTTPS with HSTS and a strict Content Security Policy that permits no third-party scripts, no outbound connections and no framing by other sites. There is no database, no login, no form and no server-side code of our own — the entire site is static files. The most reliable way to protect personal data is not to collect it, which is the approach taken here.
Anything you send to a pager by email — including through Gmail or iCloud forwarding you set up yourself — travels the public internet in the clear before it reaches the paging network. Do not send protected health information, credentials, or other sensitive content to a pager by email.

Twenty U.S. states now have comprehensive consumer privacy laws. We apply the same baseline to every visitor rather than gating rights by ZIP code. Residents of the states below have rights under their own statutes, which we honor:

| VCDPA | Virginia | Appeal right |
| UCPA | Utah | Access and delete |
| TDPSA | Texas | Broad applicability regardless of revenue |
| OCPA | Oregon | Right to a list of specific third parties that received data |

| NDPA | Nebraska | Applies to most non-small businesses |
| CDPA | Indiana | Right to a representative summary |
| KCDPA | Kentucky | Appeal right |

Nevada residents may submit a verified request not to have covered information sold; we do not sell covered information. Washington and Nevada consumer health data laws: we do not collect consumer health data. If you are in the EU or UK, note that this Site is directed to U.S. customers.
Email [email protected] with the subject line PRIVACY REQUEST, and
tell us what you want us to do. You may also use the message form on the Site.
PRIVACY APPEAL. We will respond within 45 days with our reasoning. If we deny the appeal, you
may contact your state Attorney General; California residents may also contact the California Privacy
Protection Agency. We review this policy at least annually. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
We think you're entitled to know exactly what you're dealing with, so:
We do not use automated processing, profiling, or artificial intelligence to make any decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect concerning you — including decisions about service eligibility, pricing, credit, employment, housing, insurance, or access to essential goods and services. There is no consequential automated decision to opt out of, and no profiling to object to.
There is no generative AI on this Site, and no code capable of calling one — the page makes no outbound network requests whatsoever. If we ever add one, we will:
If you ever ask the assistant whether you are talking to a human or a machine, it will tell you plainly that it is a machine. That answer is hard-coded.
The articles describe third-party products that change without notice. We review them periodically, but we do not warrant that every instruction matches the current version of Gmail, iCloud, or any pager firmware. Tell us if something is out of date and we'll fix it.
We want every pager customer to be able to use this Site, including customers using screen readers, magnification, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation. Many of our customers work in healthcare and emergency services, and some rely on pagers precisely because of accessibility needs.
Our target: conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We also aim to meet our obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the California Unruh Civil Rights Act.
What we've done: semantic HTML with landmark roles; a conversation region announced to screen readers as it updates; visible keyboard focus on every control; labels on every form field; text that resizes and reflows to 320px without loss of content; colour contrast checked against AA thresholds; no reliance on colour alone to convey meaning; no motion that cannot be stopped; a text-only fallback for visitors without JavaScript.
Known limitations: the deliberately retro visual style uses a small default type size in the window chrome. The content area is set larger, and the whole page responds to browser zoom and to your operating system's text-size settings.
If something doesn't work for you, tell us at [email protected] with the
subject ACCESSIBILITY. We treat these as priority bugs, we will acknowledge within 5 business days,
and we will give you the information you needed by another means in the meantime — by phone, page, or email,
whichever suits you.
